Aqua Aerobics
A fun upbeat workout designed to improve flexibility, strength, muscle fitness, and cardiovascular endurance while utilizing the resistance of the water. This class is a low– impact total body workout in shallow water.
Group Class. Fifteen (15) guest max. Ages 12 and older to participate. Ages 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult .
